Even I can download everything pretty quick with my shared(5 persons) internet connection

But I can't show up on Fridays as I have soccer practise every evening from 19:30 - 21:00..
Saturdays I have the same problem, but then with futsal :')

now i know why Hs have prolems with rare guests visits, today i spend like 20-30 minutes to download all stuff ....
maybe good idea will be reduce super duper agent hani sountpack with sandu ciorba songs and put it some random maps ?

For me it approximately took 2:20 minutes to download the following stuff:

1)HS Soundpack = 25 MB

2)TWC_specialGreetsounds(Contains 30 Second music, New Greeting sounds for High Admins, and new Jaymod command sounds) = 8 MB

3)TWC_Menu = 63 KB

4)TWC_greetingsounds(Contains LVL0 - LVL7 greeting sounds) = 2 MB

Overall = 35.064 MB

I didnt actually understood what do u mean by random maps?

If you mean Maps like that ND Has, goldrush etc.. isnt that too big for HS to play in? normally we dont have players connecting always like in ND to play on big obj maps and probably some of the ppl will make a complaint about why HS has alot of obj maps and why not frag maps?

So therefore we have only 2-3 obj maps in our mapcycle and rest of them are small/medium frag maps.

It seems like you've never played on one of the maps in HS, because none of our maps in HS is standard/random all are custom so you need to download them, Some ND Members out there hates downloading but im sorry because HS Server is not ND and another problem is that its your connection that lets u download so slow.. If u compare the download timing in ET with real timing in ur stopwatch, u will notice it. (If you dont believe it, i have a video here recorded atm)

About the guests, we do normally find guests in HS around 3 or 2 players but it depends on activity, not about downloading, if we keep it up active staying on HS along with 4 or 5 members, this will let us gain more guests to connect and play on HS and having fun. even if they download alot and see alot of players playing, they will surely have fun but downloading alot and finally u see no players will let u get mad anyways, (correct me if i am wrong)

Deleting the soundpacks or the greet sounds and stuff will bring no fun to HS, if i am right.

Sorry for the double post but i would like to convince some of my members here that i lost connection with whatsapp due to my phone that got crashed yesterday and im thinking to buy a new one instead..

So on the other hand..after buying a new phone i will try to make an own HS Whatsapp group and probably invite u guys in(the hs members that i already have on my contact list @ whatsapp).

Feel free to pm me ur number if u wanna join the group too .. this would make us communicate more easier about things related to HS Server.

Guys I just want to ask you guys since hani isn't here to keep everything up to date on site etc and I am pretty busy with school too you guys also watch out for stuff on HS forum.

For example the HS meeting schedule, I did it once but it's not really possible since I can't make every one of them either.
So I would ask you guys (Co-Leader, RCTR, HA) to edit these rosters to. If there was non of the previous members mentioned before online edit yourself in it pls. I'll try to keep the important stuff up to date but I will need some help

If you can't edit yet cuz you don't have authorisation or sth just post here in chatroom about it if you were present or not.
And then me or other HA will edit you in.

We need to show we can manage without Hani too

You're right. As you know, we have a pretty inactive HA team, which is not good. We're two weeks behind on the meeting schedule. It's not the end of the world, but I can imagine that the members that were present every weekend do want recognition for that. I'm not sure if we can get that info back, if not we should put it back on the rails from this weekend on.

I would wanna take that responsibility, but I cannot keep track of who's online and who's not because I will not be present at the next two meethings because of birthdays and .. well, parties. Sorry :P :P I'd be very happy if someone can inform me about the members that were online. I could always check sundays with the !seen command, but it'd be more helpful if someone who was online at the meetings could give me that info. I'll trust you on your word, haha.

Then there's one more thing, the monthly summary. I have never done that before, it doesn't look that hard but I simply do not have the time to sit back and figure that out.

As for promotions, we'll be discussing that as well with the HA's. Suggestions are welcome, ofcourse.
