Hey Fab, just have a look, how the old master cook is preparing to make a pizza like the original Italian one . The first importan ingredient is in my stock now:



I will own the roll-out technics soon, still need the wood-heated oven.
What I will miss: the fresh potatoes grown in Italy's sun and maybe the buffalo mozzarella from the Neapolitan area.
