Ofc I know all these food stuffs, moreover I can cook all of them, I just don't care about sweet stuff so much.
Let me share some power versions of hungarian Goulash soup, that I made myself!

That's the power Hungarian goulash made in cauldron! Red and angry! :P
And let share another fine street food that you might have missed, it is called 'lángos' [lángosh], it is a kind of fried dough. I can also bake it myself, it is best with tons of garlic and sour creme on it, maybe with some cheese. See the pic:

Hey Blood thes sweet stuffs are gourmand meals indeed! Nice offer when inviting a babe for a meeting at a coffe house.
Btw the goulash soup and lángosh are deemed basic food, as regards components, but with that original preparation and quality ingredients (tasteful red paprika, nice meat like beef) they offer a unique, powerful taste that you will remind of for a long-long time, after you have tasted it!

Also if you have the wood oven you need ability with your hand for roll out the dough :P Check some video on youtube
Hey Fab, just have a look, how the old master cook is preparing to make a pizza like the original Italian one . The first importan ingredient is in my stock now:
I will own the roll-out technics soon, still need the wood-heated oven.
What I will miss: the fresh tomatoes grown in Italy's sun and maybe the buffalo mozzarella from the Neapolitan area.

It's basically baked rye porridge that's usually eaten with sugar and milk/cream~
Most traditional foods in Finland are pretty bland looking, but I'll try to make up for that mämmi with some of the tastier looking ones

This isn't from our kitchen, but I really felt bad about that mämmi, so please forgive me this once :x

Hey hey, awesome thread. I am chef as well, not the best out there, but I know some things Trying to come up with some Slovenina dishes... Let me think.
Everyone in Slovenia knows this for sure:
Kranjska klobasa (if the translation is right: Oberkreiner sausage), with sour turnips and matevž (mashed potato with onion, pig fat and beans)
I could eat that all day long
But really I would like to be a barman, and I have made some cocktails for my family.
Christmas bottles: (Creme de Menthe, Malibu, Orange juice)

School training: (Creme the Menthe, pineapple juice, splash of grenadine and Blue curacao)

And my present for my girlfriend: (Skittles vodka, by TipsyBartender)
