@Nirv. Youre not inactive in game, but you're not doing ur job as recruiter. There are plenty of applications where you did not leave a message or gave ur oppinion. Thats the main task of a recruiter. Thats what blood means.

I'll just give you my point of view regarding this matters by showing a simple comparaison with real life.

I assume that you are working silencer.

How would you react if people wanted you to do extra things without even asking you ?

As far as i'm concerned i wouldn't do a single thing.

Same things here, if you want me to do something, first ask for my opinion (it's the least you can do), then if i accept to do it, you can also explain me in details what i have to do.

When i joined the demoteam, i had a short chat with Antho, I asked him few questions and we clarified some point together.

For this specific case, I didn't receive a single PM from anyone, nor in the forum, nor ingame.

If you want me to do something first come and have a chat with me, then afterwards if i don't do anything you might eventually be able to blame my lack of actions.

Well, I'm sorry, I'm afraid we had some kind of misunderstanding. The job of the recruiter nowadays is watching and talking with guys that would like to join, then posting an opinion on the recruits application thread and if not done yet give them a trial date. Then the recruiter should keep an eye on the recruit (like.. do people complain about rulebreaking or anything). If everything goes well the recruiter should post a final opinion near the end of the trial date and then recruit the applicant on the day his trial expires.
All of this would take you like 30 mins max over the course of 2 weeks.

Would you be willing to do this?

Double post with new info:

We will talk with Led when he's back (thursday/friday/saturday) and ask him whether he's up for the job.
We will ask dr_c whether he still wants to be a recruiter and do the administrative work required
And? will be promoted this weekend to 7 (for now)

Its great that Led wants to be a recruiter. Can someone explain him the details about being a recruiter. We don't want the same misunderstanding we had with Nirv.
