Additional new recruiters (archived by Tomahawk)

Hi,

We need two more new recruiters. Together with Antho, Mimus and Djuki, we came into conclusions that best candidates suiting for this position would be:

Led
and?
Sin

But, before they will be picked, I would like to hear some of your opinions about recruiting them, because it may be too fast to promote and? and Sin. We haven't seen any better candidates that would suit becoming a recruiter, though.

Fully agree with Kokok. But if I remember correctly Led was asked for recruiter a couple of months ago, but he refused. Maybe he changed his mind in the meanwhile ;-)

I think Sin and and? are not long enough in our clan for the position though they behave great and are excellent members

I just spoke with silincer and he wants to help me with the recruiting job.
But still kinda weird that a leader and a coleader need to do it all if we have 2 recruiters....

It is weird, but demoting them would leave us with no recruiters. That wouldnt be an option either. I'm open for suggestions

We could promote Bella and Maths, they've been in the clan for ages. I'm not sure how well they would handle it though. I'd say this might be a good gamble. We have to decide though. Our memberbase has been declining since the beginning of this year so we gotta do something... Promoting insane wouldn't be an option because he's inactive at the moment. He might be a somewhat decent candidate though since he is active on the forum at times.

So it's either promote both Bella and Maths, or promote Led/Sin/And.
I'm thinking of doing promotions/demotions this weekend (making last promotions exactly one month ago), so would like to know the opinion of our ACTIVE adminbase...

@Nirv. Youre not inactive in game, but you're not doing ur job as recruiter. There are plenty of applications where you did not leave a message or gave ur oppinion. Thats the main task of a recruiter. Thats what blood means.

Recruiters should focus only on recruiting (with nowadays rules that's sound weird), beacuse rest of High admins have really really hard things to do (...)

Just demoting me to normal admin level, would make this HAB a best HAB from years, really, and most of you, would like to see it, as I see in last weeks. And yeah, recruiters, seriously start working beacuse you give... I won't say what.
