Not to criticize your work or anything, but i can't see the logic in your admin system with lower lvl admins. I mean i get the fact that you're moving the rights to kick/ban higher up the chain to avoid abuse of commands.
But isn't the fact that he got through a Try out a referention to his qualities as admin, and with other words, you trust him with atleast a mute and finger?
Atm a lvl12 (normal) member has no rights what so ever, i coudln't even finger a guy that was wjing to report him to another member, so i hardly see how new starting members can show their qualities as a admin.
I'd say those rights are even good for try outs, let alone members.
Any reactions of the other clanmembers would be welcome

Havoxx, u r right partially. Ofc newcomers should have a bit bigger set of available cmd, but please... Don't expect major admins will gladly give newest admin addition such commands like !kick. For such serious cmd ppl have to earn. U won't win the trust just because uve just joined TWC.... We had many unfortunate events and cases where newcomers started to abuse !splat or !mute. I think this period is behind us since some longer time.
Imho all the recruitment process should be far rebuild because we allow now to welcome nearly every1 without check the candidate very closely ( read other threads where nearly all HA admitted k/d ratio factor is just lame).

i agree, i think you need to intensify the process to becoming a member, and having them longer at a TRy out level before you go further...
imo you should lengthen the TO time untill you're sure he's trustworthy and keep the trustworthyness as highest standard of accepting/rejecting. =)
and offcourse not kick, i didn't mention kick, i mentioned mute and finger from lvl12+. so they can atleast report them with guid when they do something wrong.
And offcourse abuse is allways possible but you diminish this odds indefinetly if u keep longer try out.
Other remark, why is shoutcaster only from lvl20+, its hardly abusable and very handy for getting wjer's.

Every level can use shoutcaster, if you know the password. If not nowadays, it has been.

Noticed this earlier:
No levels except 900 and 999 have !resetmyxp.
I think this should be fixed ASAP, as some guests like to reset their XP.

Well Seawall battery, I think we all know it's the best.
Fueldump map (as I read it quickly, I thought) it was only for the walljump on the roof of Axis spawn? Wasn't sure if it was about that. But you could also just disallow it and have Admins who control it, right?
MG97: It's just a part of the Jaymod version. And, in my own experience, I haven't seen much people play with it over the last couple of months, since it's only usefull in a couple maps (Battery 2nd part, Railgun). And even then it's easy to dodge/avoid.

@Fueldump part: It's possible to block all the WJ areas. Many of us here have scripting knowledge, including me.
