Hi there.
I really don't like to write this thread, but I don't enjoy playing in NoD.
Members don't obey the rules. One of them was spawnkilling with heavy weapon.
When I said in main chat that members should know the rules and obey them,
I got an answer: Members aren't perfect.
So.. Perfection decides if you have to obey the rules or not?
Alright, I would understand if a fieldop throwed artything too close or so,
but running to the spawn with heavy weapon?
How is it ''not being perfect''?
You should know the rules, dude.
And yes, if you're reading this thread, you know I'm talking about you!
We got that solved and then, teams were really unfair. One allied was supposed to come to axis.
Allies had 2 members of TWC tho. I told many times to fix the teams,
one to axis and so on, no one reacted.
So I just left the server, because it's not the one I want to play on.

yea I dislike some stuff also in NoD, for example admins being childish.. :<

Believe me, we know we have members like this. In my opinion, I want to filter them out. Would be nice if you take a screenshot next time, because mostly, it are the same members. Or the person in question can contact me on xfire and explain himself. I'm sorry if these members made your stay in ND unpleasant, but it's hard for us to be in server 24/7 to control everyone and everything. We're sorry.

You whine if you're in Allied team, and allies has one person more, and the Axis are better.. So please..

I do agree that some of the admins are childish too.
On the other hand, I'm wondering why TWC has accepted such people.
While gaining 5000XP and being active on the forums would say enough about people if they're the ones TWC is looking for.
Before SK and unfair teams mess, there was a problem with Black, got muted (don't know why, actually)
and then was said to correct his tags, but he just ignored..
Heard he is a high admin, tho.

Yes it is sad but very true what you say there. It happens far too often that the teams are unfair and no TWC member feels responsible to fix it. But Joris mentioned a good point, we should just make screenshots of the situation where TWC members don't care about the teams. Then we can collect them and if those members continue not caring, we can show those screenshots to higher admins.
It's kinda sad that we have to go that far, but it seems to be the only way to lead their attention on this problem.

I just thought it's not a really big deal this time, but I will sure start collecting the screenshots and hand them to the higher ones.

They should not only know the rules, they should follow them as well. There is another complaint topic about Black in a base you probably can't see.
I have issued him his final warning.
If there are any other problems you come across, please do get screenshots as others have suggested. Immediate action can be taken if the whole story is shown.

Please just send them in a PM to me or Chuck, and we'll take care of it! At least thank you for remembering us that there are still members like this out there. Black has been taken care of, since he isn't a ND Member, I can't kick him out, else I would've.
