UPDATE:

With 20-40 persons buying pavillons is quite expensive (40€ for 1 pavillon, we need about 6)
BUT i found some people who lend partytents (we can use them at the camping spot in weertgors afaik). Would make about 100€ for 3 days, still cheaper than buying small tents.

Such a partytent (12x6m) is about 72qm. We are calculating with about 1x2m for each person (i hope none of you is taller than 2m :P) that would make...36 people in this tent.
It will be warm and cuddly, ofc :P you will sleep like that:

NEXt UPDATE!!! IMPORTANT!!!!! READ!!!!

I talked to alot of people who are all into big event business - we need a deadline.

We can take that tent I mentioned above, i thought its good because its for up to 36 people and we are max. 40. BUT we need a trailer for it because its 300kg and our (lig + mine) car does not have a coupling device. So, if there isnt somebody who got a car with coupling device and lives in germany/close to germany - we need another idea. Im sure we can manage to get everything alright but:

I dont want to plan for 40 people coming, making a fuss about it and plan everything, if in the end only 20 people are coming (if its so, we can also take some bigger tents and just put them next to each other so we dont need a trailer and stuff)

Thats why the TWC MEETING DEADLINE is 1.04.2013 - two weeks from today. Make sure everyone knows about the deadline - who does not answer till first of april is out of luck, unfortunately. Check the TWC meeting list to verify I added a YES at your name.

PS: I am REALLY in need of a volunteer to search for people/companies who lend partytents. At least 12x6m and max. 120€ for 3 days. Would be best if the one who lends the tent also brings it to the meeting, so make sure (via google maps etc.) that the price to take the distance from the pne who lends the tent to the camping spot is not too far = too expensive.

If the one who lends the tent does not carry it to the meeting please also search someone to lend a trailer thats as cheap as possible, also for these 3 days

I know nobody really wants to look these things up because its much more fun to...whatever. play et, meet friends, go to the toilet but i really need a dutch person that can search on DUTCH sites for DUTCH tents and trailers

As today is the first of april, the day of the twc meeting deadline, here is the final list of who comes to the meeting, and who wants a tshirt. check if your name is there, and if you changed your mind tell me.

Also, i give you the list of the MAYBEs i still have. I am really disappointed, tbh. I was writing my fingers bloody to talk to everyone, and i was SO hoping you would be able to kinda be on time. I was wrong, as it seems. You still got the chance to tell me a clear YES or NO, but if i will consider you in my calculations, depends on my very own opinion.

You had more than a month to decide. If theres anything you wanna talk about (like falling on your knees to beg me to still give your decision *cough*), just pm, xfire, write here or whatever.

PS: the (size) behing some names at the tshirt means that you still need to tell me your size and ingame name.
PPS: if the list stays like this im almost sure we will take a few family tents (6-8 person tents) instead of a huge pavillon. Unless someone got a car with a coupling device.

As people did not answer till now *cough* these 16 members seem to be the group, that will spend some fun - i mean twc - days in the netherlands

since we are not as many as i thought at the beginning of this, its way more easy just to take a few family tents for up to 8 persons i think.

I'd ask everyone coming to find out if he can manage to get a big tent (maybe your parents/neighbours/relatives have one for you) and tell me here if we can use it for these 3 days.

Just for you as a little plan:

We all arrive about 13 o'clock (17th july), set up our tents, distribute the tshirts, maybe have a little snack (cookies, hmmmm) and well...do whatever we want.
Of course there are games to play if you kinda...dont know what to do. These range from "getting to know each other better-games" like question-rounds up to body-twister for the ones a little bit less shy. Or we can just play truth or dare (i think thats the english name?) :P

If we can manage to set up a campfire or the camping spot has one of these fire huts, we can have a bbq, bake some stick bread and stuff.

Someday, maybe the 2nd, or late evening of the first, we come together and have a little webcam-conversation for the ones who can not be with us (maaaaayhem? )

Swimming, talking, listening to music...dunno..dancing, singing, doing a musical..whatever you like ;P

Im sure it will be fun. Remember to take some bathing suits with you, the beach is not too far away :P

Also, we need to get ready to leave the camping spot about 11 o'clock on friday the 19th - dont sleep too long

Also, make sure to find a way to get there (train, car pool? and stuff).

Some people asked me about the money, and how to send it: you can from now on transfer the money (12 € for the 2 nights on camping spot and 15€ for the tshirt) on our account
NOTE: the ones who want to pay for the tshirt and DONT come to the meeting need to look up how much it is for shipping from germany to your home, and transfer this amount of money, too
