If you are still wondering, why I haven't bought it yet, it's because I just didn't for some reason. So I have currently maybe 10 years old computer, it runs ET and League of Legends fine. I'll sure check and bump that thread again when it's more current. (If I'm ever to buy new one)

No problemo, when you will decide to bump it, i'll modify my suggestions with updated ones.

Remember, you need good graphic card, so don't waste everything on CPU

Absolutely, I will also install 16 GB of DDR3 minimum.
A question: what about Asus RoG motherboards/graphic cards ?

going to reply in italian couse i find it more easily to explain... i put it under spoiler anyway.

for me im thinkgin about:
CPU: 5i 4590 3,3GHz
GPU: MSI GTX960
mainboard. ??
SSD (maybe I'll recycle my old one)
HDD hmm small one 500GB
8gb working memory
nice power supply and tower

considering the pieces you chosen here, i guess you aren't going to overclock, so any motherboard of the H87 series is good enough. it's around 100 euros so if you wanna spend less you can easily downgrade to a H81 series ( still very good! ) that fly around 50 euros or even less.

you can grab easily a good ssd around 50-60 euros for 120 gb ( you won't need more. just put os, programs and few games you play the most). some brand examples may be Kingston or Sandisk.

About ram, in this period we have the lowest prices ever so i advice to take it now , even if you are not going to build the pc in these days. Good and cheap 8gb kits Ram are for sure Crucial, Corsair or Kingston.

Good power supply for a good price is the xfx 550w (bronze).

Pc case depends over the preference (noise, fans etc).

+1+1+1 but I prefer an A10 CPU: http://www.amazon.it/dp/B00CPLGGXM/ref=a...nkCode=df0

P.S. Dobbiamo farci una bella chiacchierata riguardo al restante hardware... Biggrin

sai dove trovarmi Tongue

Don't get an APU (Like that A10) if you plan on getting a separate GPU, which for proper gaming is a must.
Also Intel for CPU, no matter which way you look it, Intel rocks the CPU market... Only with a very limited budget would i look at AMD's offerings at the CPU side. (Or if you really need the 8 cores for heavy multitasking -> 8320)
Also 16GB RAM is useless for gaming, 8GB is fine.

Im still trying to decide on a GPU.

im thinking about a GTX960. (€ 207)
There is also a 4GB (€ 257) version. What do you guys think. Is the 2 extra GB worth €50?
I dont often buy a new PC so it needs to last like 5 years or so. I dont care about high end 4K resolutions, just good frame rates.

For me, the 4gb version of whatever gpu totally worth it. 2gb is fine, but newer and upcoming games and also modded games will require more vram. consider that if a game require more than 2gb of vram, and you just have 2 gb, the game will be basically unplayable, or at least your FPS will drastically decrease. if you can spend 50 euros more, at 300 euros range (at least here in italy goes for that price) there is the gtx 970. a huge beast, totally worth it imo. especially if you wanna it to last for some years.

at around 200 euros i think AMD offers something better for the money, for example the r9 280x. ( even tho i had some hard time with amd gpus, especially for their very slow releases of fixes or drivers.. obviusly just my opinion).

a lot depends on your brand preference, but since you want a pc that last for 5 years, heck i would totally spend a bit more and get the 970, with the possibilty in the future to add one more of it when it will cost a lot less and have a monster SLI ( double graphic card setup).

Thx for your info m8. It helping. I did consider the 970, but imo its to expensive. over here hte 970 costs €360! I decided that is to much... (sadly)

I certaine will buy a separate GPU, that will surely be the most expensive part of the PC as well as the PSU. I heard that people using APU in dual graphics, integrated GPU in the APU + PCIe x16 Graphic Card, but anothers says that this method haven't high performance, so it's useless...

Io sapevo che AMD è specializzata in ambito gaming mentre Intel più su ambito video editing...
Comunque oltre alla GPU spenderei anche sulla PSU, parte che molta gente sottovaluta...
