What have you been playing this week?

Essentially just what it says on the tin. What have you guys been playing recently? Which games, what servers have you been playing on mostly, what's your main in whatever game you're playing? Any special runthroughs of games you enjoy?

Personally, I've been replaying Dark Souls III at SL1 (never levelling up) and it's been very difficult but super rewarding. Also been playing some dead by daylight with my friends. And of course, lots of ET! Mainly on beginners and Sniper

Am interested in what you guys have been doing!

I don't have much freetime daily, so i actually divide it at the moment between ET and Nier automata.

Speaking of dark souls , i love the game ( had the avatar of artorias not long ago on forum), especially the III. But i recently stopped playing it after spending houndred hours on it, yet i never tried SL 1. I'm sure i can't do it ahah.

Most fun part of that game for me was PVP in central irithyll.

Don't worry man I only started it a week or two ago, and godDAMN the dancer took me like 4 days of solid trying before I finally killed her, she's difficult normally but even more so when it's a 1 shot.

I agree with you! Fight clubs just outside pontiff were some of the most fun I've had too, both hosting and fighting. Oh tell me about it man, ganking at Anor Londo and the Ringed City DLC were terrible, it's either constant invasions, or as an invader you're always fighting off at least 3 people, usually 4

It's cool to see another souls fan though! I played DS3 first, and so far only played a little of Dark Souls 1, but i love the setting and of course the phenomenal combat system.

Dark souls 1 is a blast of a game, but if you played first dark souls 3 you will find dark souls 1 a bit confusionary , especially with the huge amount of backtracking ( you will find it yourself )

Dark souls 2 is a bit a middle of them, but is also very very long as a game, especially with dlc ( easily 100+ hours for a single run).

Oh nice! Yeah I think it's very much the type of game where the first one you play is the best, because the combat pacing is quite different between them, amongst other things. Yeah I've been meaning to get Demon Souls! The remaster looks amazing but I'm not getting a PS5. Is it possible to play OG Demon souls on PC or PS4 do you know?

I've tried a tiny bit of BB but DAMN is that game different to the others, so much harder to get used to. And sekiro looks cool too, but again a very different combat system I think.

Oh cool! What's Vermintide 2 like? I played the first one a bit, it was very much like warhammer-themed L4D imo, but a lot of fun. Sound like a cool mix of games though!

I am remembering now, I ragequit dark souls 1 after I was doing really well and then got cursed, finding out it semi-permamently halves your health. I know you can use the purging stones but still, think that turned me off it Amazing games though! I heard a lot of mixed things about DS2, as I know that one wasn't directed by miyazaki for one thing. I've seen the speedrun of it too, 14 minutes for the entire game with some of the glitchiest game exploits I've seen anyone do. Armour and backstabs look awesome in it though!

I've seen you going to LoL a few times hehe, never been any good at those types of games personally but I just suck at anything that requires more strategy than 'pew pew at their heads'. Which characters have you been playing out of interest?

Another couple games I've been playing recently have been Dying Light, one of my all time favourites, and Titanfall 2. Another great shooter with lots of movement, and has recently had a big bump in players!

Been playing some:

- League of Legends (Majorly addicted. Support main, Lulu / Thresh / Yuumi 3 trick basically, depends if I duo or not. I enjoy playing Mid assassins like Katarina, Diana too, aswell as poke mages like Xerath. I also like to play hypercarry / crit adcs like Caitlyn and AD Twitch etc.)

- Apex Legends (I dont really play much battle royales, but I like Apex Legends. I mostly play Loba and Horizon although I used to main Bloodhound. Favourite weapons are Tripletake, R301 Carbine and EVA-8 Shotgun)

- Genshin Impact (This game replaced my Old School Runescape addiction xdd. Kinda got bored of playing runescape since most of my friends quit, so I found Genshin to be a grinding game to play instead. Really fun to play solo, but can do bosses and domains with friends aswell which is nice. Currently Adventure Rank 45, still have 10 more levels to max. Been playing it since February I think.)

- CS:GO (I dont play this as often as I probably should, only play it when my older brother asks me to join him or if my cousin or friends need a guy in their premade, really rusty, bad aim xdd)

- ET (Well this is obvious, its the game we all play )

- Star Wars Jedi Knight II Jedi Outcast (Really enjoy playing the story in this one, played it many times since my childhood, easily one of the best lightsaber combat that's been ever made. Also has decently active multiplayer saber community. ((I personally preferr playing on game version 1.02 instead of 1.04, although sometimes visit 1.04 servers)) I've recently stopped playing this as much.)

No, Demon Souls is only available for PS3 (original) and PS5 (Remake) currently.

Vermintide 2 is a evolution of the first one with much more content and variety. I got quickly bored of the first but enjoy the second one much more. You should try it
