But I also say clearly, if you repeatedly fail to follow the rules or otherwise negatively, there will not be a third chance.

Then, why the judging? Basically there're were no witnesses to our in game disagreement, still everyone is talking about second, even third chance. No one bothered to listen to my side of the story, except Myst, Conq and Weed, who know exactly what happened, and already expressed their opinions. What's the purpose of this whole charade? I already said I'm not going to use arty on those spots. My poor choice of words, which I apologize for using were addressed to one single person here, and that was a reaction to, what I considered to be completely disproportionate and unfair. It's not that I have a habit of doing this. Tens of other guys, guests or members did exactly the same thing, and no one ever objected. Yes, I exaggerated considering his attitude as a sign of racism, but definitely it was a personal one. I have the feeling that someone wants to blow this thing out of proportion and make a big case out of it. Some told me a simple R would suffice, other ask for brackets. Guys, in all fairness, enough with this. Am I back in your clan, or not? I personally learned my lesson, wondering if the other guy did too.
