For the censor there are 2 cvars : g_censor and g_censorPenality
In short to achieve what you were talking about you just enable the censor (set the flag to 1) and disable censorPenality (set the flag to 0)

I agree as well, the spawn invulnerability definitely needs a revert
Heavy SK was not a problem today but I think that's mainly because the spawn invulnerability was very over tuned, so it will definitely be a problem once people start abusing it

TLDR; Revert spawn invulnerability & heavy SK rule, no complaints about the rest

Heavy SK was allowed for couple of days and during that time, my feedback is the following :

No big heavy spawnkill has been done. It was imo acceptable.

People didn't abuse of selfkill either.

So it was alright.

The problem which is remaining is people's mentality and that's hard to change.

Since we are on a democracy, I guess we will respect the vote and turn off heavy sk and selfkill, as Narko stated.
