General Demo Team

Hello everybody!

There's something I would like to suggest.

I already talked with narko about it, concerning the demo team.

I would like to bring the demo team back, with new leader and members.
In fact the population of ET isnt that high as it used to be, but we must admit there are still aimbotters and wallhackers out there.

Jaymod is outdated and easy exploitable for people without knowledge but with the right tools.
As I know every aimbot and wallhack out there, I can tell there are 3 working aimbots and 2 working standalone wallhacks.

MST's need to approve the idea / suggestion of bringing it back to life.

I guess I said enough if there are some questions, feel free to reply.

Well...guys? Discussion? Decision? I've visited a lot of jay servers so far and I keep playing or speccing on these servers. The only similar point between these servers: cheaters and hackers. I'm not interested in demoteam stuff, but if I had the chance to catch these "config boosted nabs" I would ban them without hesitation. Some of u may say that, ET is dead so the lil demoteam is just unnecessary, but is it an acceptable reason to let cheaters hanging around? I can fully agree with Raven...if the clan had a demoteam, it would be much easier to handle weird situations and take actions.

What makes you think the demo team is gone? The way I see it, it's just that no one posted any demos to be checked since almost a year :P

You can just put demos here https://board.twcclan.org/forum-9.html and I'm pretty sure there will be enough knowledgable people who will review your evidence. Even though we might not have demo team members written down anywhere, we all know the guys who have knowledge about cheats etc I think

I understand that one can be worried about potential hackers/cheaters on our servers, cause we can face them as long as ET is alive.
But ET is an old game now, not so many players on servers, so the risk is not so big.
