Hey there,
As many of you will have noticed the servers have been crashing very regularly ever since we moved to the new host. I'm trying to figure out exactly why that might be. To help this effort I'd have one favor to ask:
When you are on the server while it crashes, please note down the time and post it here (preferably with time zone, if you are not on CEST). With server name and time I can find it in the logs and maybe see a pattern across multiple crashes.

I'm quite busy, so unless it's a quick thing or really urgent I am unlikely to be able to answer PMs throughout the week, but I try to reach out to everyone who contacted me during the weekends. If it's urgent, you can also contact any of the supremes, they can do a lot of things or relay directly to me if necessary.

As you said, your RL is actually quite a mess. Please take time to resolve any of your real-life problems, games, [even if it's a family here] shouldn't be a priority.

Wouldn't call it a mess
Just kinda busy with work in general (in a good way, I guess) and I will be until the end of the year at least.
Either way I'll continue looking into this. I won't be traveling for a while now so I'll have more time during the coming weekends. So keep it coming!

BTW, how long does it take to restart a server ?
Cause I restarted BG 15 minutes ago, still not showed up...
Oh, and the server was stated running within control panel when it crashed...

Oh, and the server was stated running within control panel when it crashed...
It looks like it doesn't crash, it just gets stuck somehow. If it were to crash "properly" it would be restarted automatically, which is also why the panel thinks it's running. Restart should only take a couple of seconds.
