As usual very few serious answers in this thread (sorry Nirv, optee, Davu, valk your answers did not qualify, better luck next time). These guys always insult or just make fun of other players but they never say something useful.
Anyway, since there are some serious members here that I totally respect I will try and say some words for what is worth.
Let's take as a given that you really want cheaters out of this server. How do you plan to find them? By having their demos examined by "demo team"? If I remember correctly Nirv, ...this experienced reviewer, was wrong in vogel's case. If he is not capable to distinguish a cheater from a good player then how can you trust him? If you ask me vogel is cheating but I guess my opinion is as good as Nirv's.
Let's admit then that twc clan (and I guess every clan out there) doesn't have experienced members that can do the job. I don't think there will ever be a case that everybody would agree on, unless if you have someone shooting with 100/100 acc. Even Hamster supports that ist's normal that you can have 80/100 acc (i am talking real battle, many players, no heavy weapons). This reminds me of a joke about someone who was so fast that he could lock a drawer and put the key inside. It's ok if you think so guys. That's why forums are here anyway, so everybody can read answers and evaluate how serious is the person who wrote it.
If you ask me the only way you can have a decent evidence about cheating is those anti-cheat programs. I am talking about programs and not server admins, ban lists etc. The screen shot is very clear: "AUTO BAN". I play there from time to time since I don't think some players in ND are clean, and I try to have fun and not tolerate a situation I don't agree with. So sometimes, when I see them playing I prefer switching to that server. I never had any problem with their admins and believe me I am usually among the 3 first in kills if I play the map from start. Let's send draken there and see if their bad admins would ban him. I bet they won't and he is a very good player. Why? Because he IS clean.

Finally, since valkej felt the need to post here, I will say a couple of things about him. I have some demos of him. He has zero skills regarding the way he moves. You would expect such an "experienced" player to move like a panther. Even me, when i got from 32/100 to 38-40/100 acc I felt more comfortable when moving around since I could kill people more easily. You probably understand what I am talking about. However this guy mostly "walks", because he knows that he can kill almost everyone with 67/100 acc. Well no Nirv, I can't prove he is cheating, (neither can you). What i know though is that noone else has that good acc and you have some really good players in ND servers. Is he so special? If you ask me, no he is not. Without anticheat programs though even if he had 80/100 (like hamster lol) you would still be unable to prove anything. Anyway, the problem is not mine, it's not my server. You decide who u keep and who you send home. I did what I had to do. You can't say anymore though "bring proof". I did from an unbiased program. If you only accept a confession from a cheater as a proof, then I am sorry but you will never get it.

Regarding Vogel, first of all it was Maths and uYop who busted him. I only made the post for them.
Secondly, he cheated in the past and 95% of the ex demo team gave a V after reviewing the demo.
I'm rarely wrong but mistake(s) can happen ^^
However, I'm still convinced he was not clean at some point.

I must say, I agree with you on the following : it's hard to bust "good" cheaters, ie: if you get an etbot with decent aimfov and humanised settings, it's almost impossible to bust that person.
And yeah, there's not much you can do regarding that matter :-)

It was a dude who was uyop's friend
His name was some sex or sth , he said to uyop that he is 100 percent sure that Vogel is cheating and he also told me that he was banned in many servers of et although he was clean . Then uyop told me to record as many demos I can of Vogel and rest is known to all

First serious post I see from you. I am surprised.
I am suggesting twc takes this matter seriously and investigate it (at least). Find that server admins and ask them about the procedure they follow. I would hear what they say. You can't always say other server admins are always wrong and biased.
What do you suggest? You can't check their pc's for aimbot programs. Anti-cheater program can (at least that's what I think, cause there is no other way to catch a cheater - he can always be good at et - pro and have 67/100 acc fore example.)
Those guys take advantage of the fact most people feel the need to become friends with good players. So they get their trust and then it's much more difficult to ban them (at least without anti-cheater progs).

Why are you all so bad with Jamesbond ?
I never saw him complaining or insulting people if you guys don't try to make him mad. I saw this a lot of times in ND, everyone tries to make fun of him or insulting him, you really act like kids with him, that's so sad.

I'm feeling so bad for James because he's like alone against everyone just because he has doubts, and he has the right to have doubts and to think someone's cheating. As far as i'm concerned, i don't think he already told me i'm cheating, why ? I think i'm better than a lot of people there and he never told me anything. James isn't stupid, I really think he's smarter than lot of people there and he doesn't act as immature as you.

And then, James, don't listen to them, try to ignore them all even if it's hard but they will never stop, they will continue thinking they're god. About accuracy, it's impossible having 80% accuracy if you shoot a lot and if they're a lot of players like u said, i'm agree with you. But what I saw about valkej is that he's only playing for accuracy, it's his goal, so do not be focus on that, accuracy is nothing it's really easy having a really high acc if u play for it and when they say they're etpro players, do not trust them

Well uyop , you didn't see James asking sky so many videos of him playing . And after that he said make a YouTube video of you starting from desktop and opening et and playing.
So much things to do even when you don't cheat.
Also he indirectly says nuestra about him using panzer and breaking weapon using rule . There are many things you don't know, but it's ok for him to clear his doubts. But this is too much. It's better to close the thread already
