Hello guys,
I recently did a forum clean-up, meaning I archived quite a lot of topics all over the forums. I tried to leave the recent ones in place but I could have missed some or accidentally archived some.
I also cleaned up the suggestions and questions and problems areas. For the problems area, I have added some frequently asked questions to the FAQ topic which is already present. Suggestions to expand or improve this topic are always welcome but remember to first look at this topic when you encounter a problem.
Furthermore, when your problem is fixed, please let us know in the topic so that everyone can see what you did to solve it.
I cleaned up the forum userlist, removing quite a few accounts that were related to either inactivated accounts or spamaccounts. The userlist is now more clean and you can find people more easily. Of course the spamaccounts keep coming every day and so in the first couple of pages you might encounter quite a few already.
Furthermore, I created a 'ban appeal' section as a subforum of the complaints section. Hopefully players who want to appeal a ban can find this section more easily now and this gives them a definitive place where they can post.
To conclude, I want to ask all the HA and supremes to keep check of their own forums (servers). When you have a topic opened, you can go to the right bottom of the page and find an option that says "archive". Clicking this option will lock the topic and move it to the archive section of the forum in one click. Please use this option instead of removing the topic completely.

P.S. It's not the first time I do this but I do not always see things that need to be removed immediately. This time, ITim brought it to my attention. You are always welcome to pm me or make a ticket but please don't do that for every single topic
