As long as you have the same etkey file on your etmain and uploaded to forum AND you also visit the forum with the same IP that you will connect to the server with, this should work.

But like you mentioned a VPN, if you have a VPN on and you F5 on forum, than that VPN IP will be the latest IP you visited forums with, and if you then turn it off and go to ET the commands won't work. So make sure you don't have VPN on and then do what samael said. It should work.

I'm pretty sure it just checks the latest IP on forum so as long as you haven't visited forums on phone after refreshing on PC it should work.

This is solution. If you changing IPyourself or you are using VPN, you have this kind of problems.

I formatted pc,reinstalled ET,getting new Etkey,I looged off forum n rejoined.I removed VPN from tablet and also from phone.already working as an administrator,changed sp2 -sp3-Vwin7 and Vista.restarted Modem.
I guess there are no other way to get solve,all done.but i joined hs server for try,everythings working well
