etkey claimed (archived by NightFall)

Hi all,

Today I changed my group to Vietnam, so I am a -vm member- as you can see my name below and there is a message:
"You haven't claimed your GUID yet- you won't be able to use commands on TWC servers. To do this, click on this text and upload etkey"
I started to upload the file in manage=>identity. (open etkey and add). But when I clicked on add, it showed me an errormessage:
"This etkey is already claimed" I started again and again, but it doesn't let me to upload the file. I am not a big programmer so I don't understand the situation. I thought 1player=1etkey and no more. If I delete this file then no XP and no level.
What should I do? I would be grateful, if someone could help me.

+Edit: I got a new ETKey and succesfully uploaded it.

Okay, but I am in the school at now so I can't post any screenshot until afternoon.
