Next map won't load (archived by NightFall)

Yo guys,

Recently I have been having a problem when connected to HS.

After the map ends and the next map should be loading up, once the timer ticks to 0 nothing happens. I can open and close console so the screen is not stuck, it just won't load the next map. This does not happen ALL the time, just most of the time, there are also times it will load properly.

As this happens I have to completely restart my ET for it to work again, this means it also does not work for me to /reconnect, since it will stay on "awaiting gamestate". Connecting to another server also does not work (the times I tried to connect to TJ instead I got a Virtual Memory problem error).

Anyone has had this problem or knows what might cause it/fix it?

It happens to me on ND once a week. As you said, only ET restart fix the problem.

Same happens to me too, sometimes on ND. I just close the game and connect again. Sometimes /vid_restart fixes it.. do vid_Restart and then /reconnect

Strange thing :
... is that having higher com_hunkmegs like 512 can trigger it more often, use 128 196 or 256 but not 512 or 1024. The last one made it happen a lot more. Game got "messed" every few map changes.
