What's this admiration of people using the word cancer, I know it's in game and nothing meant by it but cancer is a serious disease that affects people all over the globe, have a little bit more respect.

As for the maps; Kokok is right; BG have all the maps that have been requested to go to ND, so get playing there. Get the server as active as ND.

About ND.
It's still NoDownload server. Stock maps will stay, and only 3 will be additional. If you don't like it, what can we do? Vietnam, Headshot, Begginers. You can play there, since it's lot of maps out there.

Transmitter is a terrible map agreed, Marakez was and IMO is best map that ever has been in NoDownload server.

Only because you would spam plant all the land mines. People think the maps bad, because they can't be bothered with learning it. The vote selected Marrakesh to be removed and Transmitter to be added.
