In this topic, PsA Administrators, so me or Meagain that is, will post important changes in PsA structure, how it works and we will try to explain why we changed it.

So in the first news I have 2 important news.

1. New PsA schedule, some of you may have noticed already that we switched from full week schedule to 3 meetings per week version. This was something I intended from the start, but wanted to wait for other members opinion, after disscussion between members, we thinks it's for the best.
Why? Meagain and I and some members are PsA veterans, we know how full week schedule works and how tiring it is, and how you lose intrest after few weeks. It's hard to maintain long time activity in PsA with full time version, people just stop attending, it's just the same thing every single week. In 3 meetings per week we have diffrent combinations of servers to have, so every week will be diffrent and every few weeks we will have another full week schedule for PsA meetings. It's for the best, in my, Meagain and members minds.

2. When PsA revival was announced PsA moderators were reminded, that every server will have a representative inside PsA ruling party DDDD), Meagain and I spoke about and have choosen those moderators.
Their job is to lead PsA when both me and Meagain are gone, to recruit people from their servers into PsA, to explain to them what PsA is and what is our goal and why we exist. They will look at me and Meagain, how we choose servers for the meetings and make sure that one server is not favored and that their own server, do have regular PsA meetings.
Since we do not have PsA member from Vietnam, it wont have a moderator, maybe in the future. Choosen moderators are:
- Chris from Headshot server
- Fury from Beginners server
- Kokok from No Download server
- Thrasher from Panzerwar server

We know they will do a great job.

I have 3 things to say:

1. Since Meagain/Haures left I was looking how other PsA members attended meetings and their general attitude towards it. Today I made my mind and I decided to make Night$ky aka Nike second leader. I am sure we will see some new stuff from him.

2. It was time for general clean up in PsA ranks, most members were removed from roster because ot their general inactivity on meetings. If they say they attended or promise they will be active once again, I will put them back in roster. Other than that, you can reapply.

3. Starting next week PsA will be back to 3 meetings per week! Usually meetings will be around Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Nightsky and I will decide which servers will get meetings each week. We will also do full time week meetings once in a while. If one server will host special event, it will also be set as PsA meeting to help boost activity during event.

Hey ladies,

there is a lot of chatter regarding server activity, so let's fire this baby up again? For now it can be plain simple, play time on every server once per week from 20.00 to 21.00 GTM +1.

We currently have 6 servers, that means everyday from monday to saturday each of the server will have a daily meeting.

First week Schedule:

- Monday
- Tuesday
- Wednesday
- Thursday
- Friday
- Saturday


Please note: You don't have to be a PsA member to participate the meetings, for now our main goal is increasing activity on servers and working as a team.

It's worth a try! Although previously we saw a thing i'd describe as "grouping" quite a lot. Lets try to prevent that a little and get a fun mix of people within the psa and visiting members!

I would also advise against the whole 3x a week is a must rule for psa members. It shouldn't be a must, more like an ideal. Let's have some fun all together!
