Improving communication
#11
I support this for many reasons! I'm very unpredictable when it comes to weekends tho... RIP. I really want to attend, hear you all together. I surely will be there once I can and am online.
Out of experience, I can say that it can be very revealing/curious/surprising when you hear someone instead of only seeing a nickname. If you don't have TS3 or don't want it it's understandable but it's Imo definitely a +.

Snowman , wth you talking man.
Do you know the website url ? WWW.board.twcclan.org
What does org mean ? Organization

What happens in an organization ?
There are members of the organization who do their work to fulfill the purposes , so that the organization can work smoothly.

And what you mean by not active in-game ? Why should they go to the site of their property where the work is done smoothly ?
There are supreme of every server for this purpose (except PW and sf now). Just think of a CEO or chairperson of a company , why should he go and see the site where the work is done smoothly.
Forum is made for the purpose of knowing any problem in the game . If there is no problem , why should they go to the server ?
2-3 years ago when arcade and fake sartax(probably) hacked ND server and banned twc admins and gave levels to guests , ligustah did everything he could at that moment , BECAUSE THEIR WAS HIS NEED.He also restarted server and stuff when someone tried to flood the server. Why should they look to minor things like wall jump , aim bot , or any other such stuffs ? We are (high admins and demo team) here to look after it .
Ligustah and mimus already do their job , as you did when you were Vietnam Recruiter . You did ask me to join Vietnam server when i had forgotten to turn on my tags and also my name was different , because it was your job , the rank you had .
I remember when you were new in headshot server , you were more like a troll . But after you were member in it along with tupakki , you were aware of the rank , and you changed .
I don't know what you guys talk in Whats App , but Toby's spiderman ,his uncle said , "With great power , comes great responsibility" . Snowman i know its not you , but driven by their words.

Besides i won't waste 200 euros per month on some old game . Ligustah and Mimus spend this amount to keep the server and forums and other stuffs online . Think about it , dude.

And yeah , in my opinion , wasting an hour or two in team speak won't do much good . The server and forums are functioning smoothly , why to waste time on some no topic discussion.

While I appreciate your defense, it's not actually 200€. More like ~90€, a third of which is covered by John.

I wouldn't consider it a waste of time, if it helps prevent miscommunication of any kind.
I'm quite busy, so unless it's a quick thing or really urgent I am unlikely to be able to answer PMs throughout the week, but I try to reach out to everyone who contacted me during the weekends. If it's urgent, you can also contact any of the supremes, they can do a lot of things or relay directly to me if necessary.

Based on what I've read in several topics I come up with the following improvements:

1. Change the recruitment process[make it more strict and watch the person more carefully] not only accept an apply based on activity of the player...

Joining TWC is to easy... It's only about waiting until the trail is over.. as I've noticed.

2. Take the positive / negative feedback from the members / old members and sum it up in 1 thread.
[This is a way for people that you are willing to solve this issue]<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<
3. Admins need to check the logs when there it asked for. [not 24/7] just when asked for.
4. What may you say ingame? and what may not? Apperantly this isn't clear to everyone and needs to be clear soon. An single intention of a joke can be seen as an attack to someone else...

Think before you say something

The picture needs to be more clear for everyone. What are the problems and how are you going to fix it. Everyone can help each other.

My little suggestion about communication. I see that many things have already been said. I do not know how else but I think that editing post in forum without ANY information is not fair. If you have to do it just mark your editions in other colour (maybe red like teacher in school) and sigh it (for exaplme: //edited by Hamster) especially if you change the meaning of the sentence or message -.-

1. I could agree on that. But then again, it's hard to make up someones character in a couple of days. Our high level of 'suspiciousness' is also no fun for new members. I also think that these members involved were in TWC for a long time, and this kind of behaviour could definitely not have been suspected in the beginning of their membership. Promotion, however, could be more strict imo.
2. We're passed that, I think. I'd have to sum up ALL the moments common sense and respect was not being used or thought of.
3. The logs do not have timestamps, and i'ts very hard to dig in all of them. Logs also don't reveal everything.
4. Read 2.

The picture CAN be more clear, but that is also has to do with cooperation from all sides. I think improving communicating is a good first step.
