Improving communication

Hello,

first of all I'd like to thank those who chose to part ways with the community for their past contributions and wish them all the best for their future.

The main point of this post is about communication, though. I personally think that the discussion on TS was infinitely valuable in finding a way going forward. I'd like to thank Coffee for bringing it up and helping moderate the discussion. However, it also showed that there were a lot of misconceptions and misunderstandings that were driving the opinions of people away from any kind of consensus, a trend that we unfortunately didn't quite understand for way too long. Text apparently just doesn't cut it some sometimes.

To combat these problem we propose to have weekly (this is up for debate and also depends on demand) Q&A sessions on TeamSpeak that people can use to not only discuss things with us, but also among each other. I was thinking about something along the lines of 1-2h sometime during the weekend, or more if need be. I'm aware that many of you already gather on TeamSpeak regularly, but we haven't really attended those meetings in the past for various reasons and the weekend allows us to reliably devote more time to this than we could during the week.

I'd like to know if there's any interest in this and/or when exactly people would want this to take place.

It's a good idea but still a bit useless to have a TS meeting and make questions from MSTs when they are not active in-game and doesn't know what happens there, so it can be pretty impossible to find solutions in that case with them.

I think this is quite a good idea, not only to discuss problems and ask questions, but maybe also to lift the tension between people and groups that were opposed to each other in the past. The teamspeak talks have proven to be much more efficient in regards to addressing issues than some of the forum discussions, so why not try doing it again. I myself would gladly join in.

Edit: In terms of time, i'd like saturday evening the most.

Well i guess is a verry good ideea, thanks that after this new good system you are putting more effort to help us to comunnicate better and to have a good teamwork!!!!

And in my opinion you don't need to be active ingame since we can use a simpe /autoscreenshot command to get some proofs .

i do think this is a good idea as it is atleast a tiny step closer to the cummunity.
if it really works out is a second thing doh only time will tell i geus.
i do admire the trying no matter it turns out well or not.

MSTs when they are not active in-game

With a short meeting on a weekly basis, they could be aware of what is going on ingame and the situation of the different servers.
