There aren't such commands in ETJump, !disorient/!fling are only in Jaymod, so don't know what I got wrong, since the discussion is about our tj.
Also mute is half broken, you can spam PMs and votes while muted in version we use (to fix it upgrade to 2.0.1 http://www.forum.etjump.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=111 ). And don't forget the ban which bans only ip (will be changed in next version).
