The level is not 'taken away'. Keep in mind.

Actually, panzerwar HA team decided to give you level 2 because you keep removing bots when its just you on the server and then after you remove you do not even play but leave instantly, when next map comes on and bots come back, you come back again, remove bots, and leave.

Have fun with level 2, I personally wanted to put you 0, so congratz

Phantom I'm gonna be very clear now. I've been patient with you but you do NOT seem to learn anything, you are a kid I give that to you, it really must be that TWC attracts mentally challenged kids because you're not the first. I'm going to break things down for you so you understand: you break rules, you annoy people, you remove bots for no reason making high admins' life harder. If I ever see you post on forum again or private message any of the high admins or if you ever complain in game again I will permanently ban you from Panzerwar! I hope this is clear enough!
