Hey!

I want some clearification - if that's a word - why I'm banned again?
Ok, I know I didn't follow all the rules: didn't speak English in main chat and were trolling sometimes.

Since my last 3 day ban at TWC HS I've changed my acts to better direction. I have followed the rules. But today when I tried to go play TWC HS I was banned for 7 days. Reason: none.

I played today in HS with Robbert under name of Kirka.MestaritAreenalla and I didn't break any rules so I were a bit confused with this ban so can someone give me information about this?

PS. I'm not here to troll and as I said; I did act childish before but I think that I didn't do anything to receive this ban.

I did ban you today, this afternoon to be preciser for seven days. The reason; yesterday I came home from my practice and in my mailbox were two complaints from different persons with proof that I should put you guys on a trip again because the trolling started again and you guys were even muting people by vote for no reason. Now, it was pretty clear to me that you two crossed the line once again so the decision was easily made; a seven days ban.

As you already admitted, you were trolling and being childish. Apparently these things tend to stop whenever I am around or whenever there is someone around that can put you guys pants in da dryer. So, I asked them to notify me whenever this happens again and also deliver me proof as I don't act without it. Because you already admit to being a kid, I don't feel it necessary to share it with all of you. I didn't get the change to ban you guys any time sooner because I have been out all day. I understand that it might be a bit late, a day after, but obviously I wasn't able to do this any time sooner. Now I can hardly believe that you were behaving any better as you wrote because until last night 23:00 I haven't heard anything different than complaints from more than half of my members. I would have to confirm this 'good behaviour' before making a decision on the length of your ban.

Now this questionmark behind 'Sorry' here makes me wonder if you completely agree with your own apology. You will hear from us if the ban is being shortened, but I am not intending to let you two in within a shorter amount of time than the seven days ban.

About that vote thing, well it's not my fault there is that kind of a hole in the system that any guest could do. I admit I voted to mute Vicky in the server and suddenly it passed. But I didn't even know that works. I'm that kind of a kid who wants to try new things. Talked with Hani after that and even he didnt know that works.
I apologied the mute vote from Vicky and said it will never happen again which haven't.

Apart from that mistake I haven't heard of any complaints about my behavior in the past days. So I'd like if you share them with me?

"Admit to being a kid", is not the reason I don't share it. The reason is to not let anyone see the situation in order to prevent useless comments and keep your butt a bit more clean, (admit, everyone loooves screenies with proof) but whatever way you wanna read this, just go for it.

The mute thing. I personally didn't know that vote option was on, since no one ever thought of abusing it in a childish way in our HS server. "It's not my fault", no obviously not. But you abused it. With or without knowledge of the results. I don't know what was going on when you tried to mute someone who did nothing and was just playing. I don't care if you talked to Hani about this option, because that is kind of not the point in this situation.

The seven days ban doesn't just come out of the air imo. I received multiple PM's in-game and on forums. The last couple days that I was active on HS I had to deal with a bunch of PM-converations only about you two trolling and what I am going to do about it. Let alone the forum PM's. I believe my members to be fair towards me and also consider the weight of the 'punishment' with it. I appreciate that you apologized and that you are admitting to trolling and disrespecting. I really do hope you will reconsider your behaviour and get a grip on the 'trying out new things' in our clan/servers

It is not just the vote , but the provocative , bad behaviour you do with your friend.
You clearly know the rules : only english in mainchat , and despite the fact that we tell you 100x times , you keep asking back why ? and complaining , keep speaking on other language.

And its not just yesterday , there were many complains like this before.

and ofc you can be angry at us for asking you to speak english , and well even vote to mute me but rules are rules

And Plus that vote.. well ,i'd say i agree with the ban and keep it that way for 7 days.

The thing why I'd like to see the proofs isn't that I want others to see me and Tupakki clean in the situation. If it's okay you can send them to me in private.

Why I'm willing to see them is that I'm sure they're from the time before the 3-day ban, because I really stopped my bad behavior after that apart from that mute-vote which was unnecessary but I didn't even know it works.

Also I'm sure there is some misunderstanding and 'the proof' are separated from the actual consept of the situation which might have been misleading for you.
One example is that before I got 3-day ban we (me and Tupakki) were accused for racist jokes. Probably Shockwave was reading our PMs and translating them with Google translator which is kinda ridiculous. Translator doesn't work perfectly so he have been misunderstood our chatting. And I don't fully understood why he had to take that racist-card since we were PMing each others, not in main chat.

I was reading other complain threads and had to react to that it's weird there is quite many other people who have done the same things than we two have for example paavo and eru. Multiple complaints about their behavior but their things are 'funny' to some admins. I'm not looking for to get them in bad situation or trying to clean myself by that but isn't that very unfair to let them continue with their things and ban me and Tupakki. Just because there is some high-admins who like them.

On ND also you got banned. Fortuity? Start normally play and live with other people, or you will get a ban forever. No one of you does not need miracles just normal behavior. Nothing you can not reach, you do what you want and it's usually against the rules. Think about their behavior. IMO you have a last chance to begin to be normal or fly out of the servers TWC forever.

You've been like this for years, an annoying kid without any form of respect for other people on the server, empty appologies won't make that vanish, you've been muting people by vote far more often then just yesterday, you disrespect guests and admins alike, talk finnish even tho we warned and muted you many times for it, even after we kicked & banned you several times, even complained to Moanraker about the fact your were banned even tho you know why you were banned damn well.


And accusing me of using google translate is nonsense, i never did such a thing, i got pm's of other people translating your messages. I didn't accuse you of racist jokes in any way. You should read better and know that was another admin, not me.

I don't pick any side in particulary. You even asked if i would agree to you if you would apply i even said yes (Before you started to act like a braindead kid).

Your behaviour has annoyed alot more people than just me as you can see, and i'm sick and tired of you trying to accuse others and make fun about it like its just another joke.

I don't find this appology a ''sorry'' it's more like an insult in my eyes.
You're lucky Coffee and ND admins banned you, i would've been less kind to you.
I hope they won't be as mercyfull next time either. (same goes for Tupakki )

I said this quite many times already; I admit my bad behavior. Why I made the complain is that I stopped acting unmature after my 3-day ban and therefore I dont see reason for this 7-day ban apart from that mute-vote for Vicky which have been discussed already.

I've never ever mute-voted before so get some evidence which you dont have before accusing me doing that to others.

I don't actually care who was watching our PMs and yeah it was Robbert who accused us for racist jokes. But I was told that only supremes + higher admins could watch them and if I remember right you were the only high admin at the time. But idc if it was you or not, that's still ridiculous complain about translated PMs.

In which part I'm 'trying to accuse others and making fun about it'?

And just to remind you for 1000th time, I still admit I did act bad. But not after that 3-day ban and I'd like answer to that.

What ive seen you and tupakki doing is that you have talked finnish sentences got muted / warned so many times that it resulted ban. and now this mute vote thing? why? why in the earth you wanted to mute vicky?


Just behave after these 7 day ban or less
