I vote keep it, it's a fun weapon and when used to it easy to avoid to get killed by.
But I also understand people that are against it Tongue

and on small maps I think you can usually covince people that tend to use grenade launcher (yes schokwave you) to pick another weapon when it gets unfair.

I would remove it. The whole server idea is about headshots, and you don't need any headshot to get a kill with a rifle nade Tongue

Is it possible to have Riflenade on normal mode but to have it removed when headsonly mode begins?

I think it's a good idea as well. I only hated the rifle nade when headsonly mode was active.
