What I want to know is, why are we bringing up something that happened on a completely different server onto a unban topic for ND idgaf what your reasons are. The facts are, Sarahs brother got banned on ND, EA is more reliable than TWC when it comes to telling the truth about stuff which they confirmed she has a brother, I can confirm it too assuming I've seen them both on the EA server playing in the past. So if you are gonna keep this ban, you can ban all the others which have been unbanned for cheating etc.

I don't quite understand this to be honest. Why should sarah have to give proof of those scrim guys insulting her, if she wanted to get unbanned on ND?

It seems like no one really has proof for anything here. Sure, there are Vogel's screenshots. But I have to agree with sarah there, because they only show a very small fraction of the console, who knows what else happened there. Apart from that, no one can really prove that it was sarah's brother who cheated, no one can prove that people insulted sarah and no one can prove that sarah insulted others (except for Vogel's 3 small ss).

Since that ban for cheating happened more than 4 months ago, I think it would be worth trying to give her a second chance. If she blows it, we will just ban her again. And you Sarah should be aware that we will be kinda sensitive concerning you now. If you get unbanned, that is.

tldr: I claim for unban, simply to end all this messy nonsense and to give her a chance to prove herself.

Since I saw my name being mentioned quite some times now I guess i do have to give a word in this matter, even though when this thread was started I intended to stay out of it - i assumed things would go nicely, meaning even if not calm then at least in a polite and objective manner.

A few words to start. Yes i have witnessed quite some stuff going in in the etpro server, from both guests and members. And yes there surely is a bunch of proof for a lot of things. However digging all of it (all the sides, in detail, from several occasions since the accusations are not directed at specific situations) will take a lot of time.

The question I have is: Can we actually say we dont unban? The original ban was placed because of a cheat done by, as some people said, the brother of the banned person. And even though some in the later pages of this thread said that "my brother did it" is not a valid nor proof-underlined excuse, people in the earlier pages were positive for an unban. Only when it came to the problems some people have with the behaviour of the banned person some guys changed their minds.
We will have to discuss and decide about if we want to have a person that acts like people claim to in our servers.
But the ban right now, the one we talk about to lift, was given out for cheats, not inappropriate behaviour.
It would be unfair to keep the ban and just switching the reasons. The ban was made due to a single reason (cheats), and if that doesnt exist anymore (brother did it + it was already months ago), the ban has per se to be lifted.

There can surely be another ban for inappropriate behaviour, but that ban has to be given after either a discussion of the things that happened in the past (on the scrimserver apparently) or after people see the person we talk about behave in a bad manner on the ND server.
Until one of those 2 things happens, there shouldnt be a ban in charge against the person.
