didnt see, and i noticed i was banned like a month or 2 ago when i tried to connect but played more etpro, now etpro pubs get hacked so people leave and twc scrim is empty and i want another server to play on. i dont think my brother plays et now or why he would try to connect if he knows hes banned

She really has a brother tho, EA members should be able to confirm that.
He has caused some trouble several times there too and got banned a few times.
Also, as she said, she was playing etpro mainly, thats why she didnt notice the ban before.
The thread you linked was probably written by her bro i assume.

Well I guess it can't hurt to unban after all these months, I just hope "Your brother" did learn his lesson or that he won't play with your IP/GUID anymore

I think we really do not care who played, you or your brother,mom or father. IP is banned. If someone take off your ban. Then how we know your "brother" do not come back ?

If we might unban you, "Your brother" might pop up again and start using cheats again..who knows? In the first place idk whether this is true or not but we've heard many excuses about brother/family..grandpa whatever cheating on ET So in the first place you shouldnt allow your brother to use ur ET, If you dont have the courage to move him off we cant do anything about it sry

at ea i was ingame the same time my brother was and metla can tell u that. isnt there a way to ban him and not me? and if he wanted to he would come back : p he has vpns

Since I know Sarah and her brother quite good, let me confirm this story for y'all...
Sarah indeed has a brother who is known for cheating and excessive trolling. We at EA called her brother "Bad Kenny". Since Sarah used to be a member at our servers, we couldn't really ban "bad Kenny" because that'd make Sarah unable to play at us. Thus, it is kinda risky.
But, as far as I know our fella "bad Kenny" doesn't play ET anymore. But it's all up to you guys whether you want to unban Sarah or not.
Tl;dr: She's not lying about her brother, he's real.
