Judging from the motherboard you won't be overclocking (unless BCLK Biggrin), so why the i5-6600K? Maybe get i5-6600 and save 20€ or something if you are not going to overclock.
Also 8GB should be fine unless you do hardcore video editing or something. http://www.techspot.com/article/1043-8gb-vs-16gb-ram/
Like zombie said OS to SSD, so if you can just buy one first (SSD or HDD) I'd get the SSD and buy HDD later when you can.

Also if one would want to nitpick, that PSU seems a bit shady, wouldn't put it within 10m of my rig

Inter-Tech doesnt really seem to be shady to me since it is a know company in Germany which produces decent PSUs
