Lags on movement (archived by Tomahawk)

Hi all,

I have been trying to connect to TWC NoDownload server now and then but I always have the same kind of lags. I do not have these lags on other servers, including servers which are also running jaymod.

It looks like I lose connection as soon as I start moving. Meaning that if I hold forward I lose connection after 1 sec of pressing it. On the other hand if I don't hold it but push it all the time, I am not lagging.

So I am wondering if there's anybody who experienced the same issue and was able to resolve this?

Thanks!

type the following cmds on console :-

/r_primitives 2
/cl_maxpackets 100
/rate 31000 or 25000
/snaps 20

----------------------
if none of the above worked, then the problem might be the server or ur connection, but im sure its the server

I already had most of these settings included. I raised the rate from 25000 to 31000 but to no avail. However, I am onto something. The lag only happens after executing my config. Hence it is definitely caused by some command. Ill try to figure it out and come back to this.

It is probably because you have pmove_fixed on 1. Do /pmove_fixed 0 and try again
