Who changed the spawntimes of axis and Warmup time? It's back to 30 seconds for spawntime and warmup is 1 minute

I have checked it on the server a minute ago and the settings were good. I guess someone changed them.

When did they change? Were they ok yesterday?
They weren't changed in server.cfg but still messed up, after execing server.cfg they went back to normal. So this may be a bug of the ET 3.00
