first off all i didnt ban him! so plz tell it as it is thrasher!
second off all you say it yourself already thrasher its his attitude and behavior,
also i didnt saw him asking to even teams wish would also had been ridiculous, cause there where like 8 poeple spec all joining teams at that moment.
and yes i strongly dislike chris because of his attitude and behavior towards other poeple and especial me and yourdog and beginners server.
there for i also left the psa team i also asked him to talk about it wish he denied.
there for we arent friends and i dont apriciete any jokes from him wish i pm,ed him already, but if it was a joke you might think about fixing your attitude try to be nice to every1,

and yes thrasher i would kick him again like you saying youself this command was designed for real assholes who take pride in hurting others, i have been in the psa ts for a long time where he always was lauching like: have you guys seen my post already, like see how cool i am and what i dare to say!

Even though this thread is apparently turning into some kind of mudfight again, I would like to try and explain aka. solve some issues concerning you, chris, which are lingering around in this clan for quite some time now.

First off, the current situation. Apparently there is a conflict between you and master, and you declined to even try to solve it. In that case its quite obvious you have to be careful with your jokes because its more likely they will be considered offensive if you are in bad standing in that server or around those people already, which is obviously given in this case.

Now to the general issue.

As you all know, we have a way to deal with rulebreakers. An example: If someone is new to ND, and break a rule, he gets warned. However, if after some time you see that person break a rule even though you know this person knows how he or she should behave, you can are should instantly punish him or her.
It is similar with chris.

We all know Chris is, i would say, a difficult person. He likes to provoke, he likes to be against the system, he has friends, but a lot of people consider him rude because he indeed acts rude towards them.
Apart from the general rulebreaking i see day after day from chris, like not speaking english in main chat, using one swear word after the other etc. (which alone would be reason enough punish him, because he knows he isnt supposed to do that), chris is very disrespectful.

Chris, you complain about haters, about people acting "not nice" to you, about people not liking you. However, at the same time its you who usually sparks these feelings.
You provoke people, and you can do that only so many times before you will recieve an appropriate answer. This answer is usually people starting to seriously dislike you, and, if enough people join that group due to your behaviour towards them, the consequence is you starting to become an outsider.

What I am telling now, is not just something i made up. Especially in the last few weeks i got a lot of people coming to me complaining about you. People who, i know, are not really connected to each other. There is no conspiracy against you, there are just a lot of people you pissed off. And going through logs, screenshots, demos and more reveals that a lot of your behaviour can be considered borderline offensive.

I know that our rule "no disrespecting" seems a bit unclear. This is the only reason we did not yet interfere deeply. However, even though "disrespecting" is in the eye of the beholder, many eyes can paint a clear picture.
Which is what we have seen for some time now.

What master did was not right. It that certain situation there was nothing you did that our rules would consider kick-worthy for a bystander. However, knowing the context, which is you being the one saying these words, master being the one executing the command, the overall conflict between the two of you and your previous, immensly huge history of provoking, it was quite understandable that master felt offended and reacted accordingly.


I would suggest the two of you to have a serious talk, if thats even possible.

And Chris, because you are obviously the one always being part of and most of the times even being the start of similar, and recent conflicts, you should maybe reconsider the way you act towards people who you know dont like you. Dont make jokes towards people that will most likely consider them offensive. If you want to joke around, do so with your actual friends.
We are not going to take any immediate actions, however we reserve the right to bring an end to the stream of conflicts if they continue to surface.

We always try to look out for the individuals. We solve individual problems, have an ear for every member, but our overall concern is to have a peaceful community for people to enjoy spending time with. If you actively work against that, TWC is not the right place for you.

This is pretty funny because I barely talk to anyone outside of my circle. Also, who the fuck records demos of me talking? Sounds like someone wants higher position in the clan.

So this is turning out to be the usual style of discussion brought up by you, Chris. You pick up a few of the points, without actually talking about the arguments we presented. I don't have the time to address your points right now, but will do so later.

So we usually only skim over logs, when we are looking to clear up specific issues. Given you asked for it, we're now going to thoroughly check logs, to give you a better idea of what exactly we're referring to. We've only checked the beginner logs so far and already found more violations than we have ever had anyone get away with. We'll post back about this, as soon as we're done. It's taking a lot of our time, so you can be sure that won't be as lenient as we usually are about the things we find (and already found).

We won't home for the day, so if you provide us with a good reason not to check the rest of the logs later tonight, we can surely restrain from looking at them. Please don't think that this is a threat of any kind, it's merely information that you can use anyway you like. If we have to go through all the logs, we'll record all violations and will give a verdict based on the sum of what we find.
