That is true that sometimes Paavo seems to over-react but he plays this game intensively and he wants to win every map. Although, his phrasing is sometimes odd he brings much more energy and fun to the game. In my oppinion, the max. punishment for this kind of behaviour is just warning or reprove him.

hey friends .... I can confirm from yesterday , and only one thing to say this Pravooo player is a pretty provocative player he insulted the team members as yesterday about team cheat and that must stop constantly going Must please Bl @ ckeye him mute it yesterday were 3 players that asked me drum .... have told vegehan and asked and he muted it ..... I had not really reacted to shoot pictures ..... the next time I'll do it sorry ... all went too fast but he provoked repeatedly as neustra with his stupid sayings ...... !!!!!!!!!

it's just, he means well but like said before he wants to win every map.
So from the moment a player isn't moving or going towards objective he gets pissed at them personally in chat.
He swears at them multiple times, a mute has been in order for serveral times I was on. (but I don't have that power on ND)
And he does it in teamchat so players/admins on other team can't see it.
And also cuz of his name a lot of trolls like to mess with him and get him fired up so that doesn't help either.

Euh, Am I missing something? We have rules on how we deal with players right. So let just follow these.

Procedure:
1. Warn
2. Warn + mute
3. Warn + mute again
4. Kick
5. 1 week ban (Proof required, to be posted in the banproof topic)
