Im just wondering why dont we have maps such as mrmen and gammamil on our server? i get like atleast 3 people every day who know nothing but tj and when i try to teach them it would be nice to have those maps...

From my opinion those maps are to big / easy for people on the servers. Those maps don't attract good TJ'ers in the server.
However when I last played TJ on our server there are several maps where beginners can nicely train on.

For example:

Ikkigammas
Criclejumps
Kotsnacher

And some orthers but I can't remember the name of them.

Thats just wrong, Attract good TJ'ers? who needs good TJer's literraly couple of days ago there were like 12/13 people on the server and then this "wannabe" hardcore pro came and he voted smth hard i dont remember but lets just say he voted for Nodown and there were like 6 average players 3 noobs and 3 decent jumpers + 1 "pro" clearly like 8 out of 13 players left in like 5 min cuz no1 cudnt do the map and as sever got empty he left aswell so in the end server was pretty much empty.

Anyway map vise people can also train on piyo and wernerjump final, yes but myself and many other TJ'ers i know have all started on gammamil nothing is as easy as that map so it would be stilll nice to have it.

First of all dont meak uselles threads , we have ideas and suggestions topic for that !!!!! and as i see no body is useing it.

Second thing , in my opinion we could add gammamill and remove gammaland moreover mill is biger and it contains easy and meidum jump. We dont need "noob" maps that much. Have a look on our server and you will see 80% of time there are pro/experienced players on the server. I think that we should focus on keeping them on our server insted of mekaing server for new players. I know there is a lot of new players from time to time and situations you mention legend happen but that's how vote works. If more players want hard map we gonna play hard map.

About the maps - arent there loads of maps you can add that have an equal amount of easy and hard jumps? Im a total failure in tj and especially knowledge about tj maps, but i remember lots of maps with different "doors" you can enter which then lead you to either harder or easiert jumps.
That might be a midway between keeping pro-player and gaining new members.

Also, you can always vote for maps. So what we could do is add some more maps ofc, but not instantly put them in the mapcycle. Instead, if there are a lot of new players who need easy maps/jumps, those can vote for it. If they are the majority (what should be the case when talking about 6 average and 3 less skillful players) the map will surely come, and its not like maps last forever. So sooner or later people will have their harder jumps again, right?

Why so harsh, Change? This is a legit question and imho, TWC Trickjump shouldn't be all about pros and experienced jumpers. There are many servers and clans for the hardcore jumping.

We are clan for all kinda of players with high pressure on democracy and good of our players. We cant change things in order to help someone if it gonna affect negatively other players. But still its fact that bigger part of player who keep it active is aC clan , Hu , th and eT. If they are on the server dont think they gonna play easy maps even if there are not that good players. If vote is passd you cant do anything about it. We cant think about every player personaly, numbers and majority counts for us as a clan and server.

Guys our server is just a server. They play here because they want. In my opinion is to make them join our server and play whatever they like. That situation couldn't be really solved though. They could vote for new map if it was 8 decent players vs 1 pro though. So I don't see this as a problem. About maps, we should forrum more actractive so they would suggest more maps that they like (or request us to add them).

Seriously change i was just asking no need to be all harsh anyway as i can see what you are saying is that you are taking care of OTHER clan members so they will have fun. clearly Th is dead so there is no active members from Th, same goes for Hu, some people come around play for a bit and leave (I've only seen like 2 people from Hu and im active every day from 23.11). aC members were active ONLY becouse AC server was down, ever since they re-boted their server i see no aC members online for a longer period of time. Also what these other "pro clan members" are doing on our server is just stealing players, I've also been invited to another clan shortly after i joined TWC so IMO u should respect and take in consideration what ANY TWC member say and then look at how other members from diffrent clans feel about it. i dont give a shit if some eT member isnt satisifed with some more noob jump maps, eT is elite trickjump and they only have best TJ members and if they want to play hardocore maps why dont they make their server and go play their maps there. Anyway if u want to improve your clan you should always listen to your people first, then guests and lastly other clan members who clearly dont give a fuck about TWC and want to improve their clan. Also i have no clue how is it bad and MESSY becouse i opened a new thread like TJForum is almost dead we need activity so you should be happy when you see something new happening here, ALSO idk how can you say everything is doing just fine and im still not on the roster list and im in the clan for 4days now + we got no members u should INSTATLY update the roster it's like 2 min of work... clearly not everything is as fine as you are saying it is. and we are not just lacking Members on tj we need admins who know how to use their brain unless like you.
