The NAMsunrise case (archived by NightFall)

I've been recieving more and more complaints lately about NAMsunrise (a regular visitor on our Vietnam/ No Download servers).
When I joined the server today, our member Killerspace immediately reported to me that NAMsunrise has been causing trouble again on Vietnam.
Now all of us, who know this lad know that he has always been a quiet guy and didn't provoke/ cause any trouble on the Vietnam server, but as the ND crew reports he has been giving them quite the headache with his behaviour there. We tried to talk some sense into him, asking him to behave well and stop provoking. Some time passed after that conversation and everything was ok, but lately he started acting like a 5 year old.
On our last PsA he insulted a player and I intervened since it's my job as admin, to ask him to behave. He on the other hand didn't give a damn about my warnings, insulted me and kept doing so until he said that I should leave him be. I didn't want to mute or kick him so I just started to count strikes like in Baseball (It's my habit as admin, since I try to be as patient and relaxed as possible to avoid unnecessary conflict). I warned him to behave one last time and then stopped talking to him and there were no further problems (He had 2 strikes by that time and as you well know you need 3 to get an OUT). So the incident Killerspace reported was in fact his 3rd strike (screens further down). He was walljumping (allegedly) and started insulting other players.
I propose a shorter ban for him on Vietnam server, so he'd have some time to think about his actions and behaviour, if he doesn't learn from this experience in the future it might lead to a perma-ban, but this is not my call. I ask the Vietnam HA staff to discuss this matter with us and make a decision, also I'd like to hear out all people who've ever witnessed NAM's behaviour and I'd like to hear out NAMsunrise as well (let's see what he has to say).

Well since he is a german and likes to swear in his language on teamchat while insulting his teammembers this is also the only option I see. Last time I translated his words to George Luz and it was not really funny. A short ban for educational reasons would be fine.

thought i might say something about this.

we had trouble with him on ND before and if im not mistaken, he got banned for it
had a few coversations with him about his behavior on both nam and nd servers, in all of them he promised he would change and behave well and guess what happened..

my opinion? 30 days ban atleast, he aint trust worthy and a short duration ban like a week or something wont do a thing

besides, imo he should be banned from ND aswell. same punishment. these kind of guys just try to see how far they can go. I'd say give them what they want, a clear answer...

He is a known troublemaker and is kinda asking for a ban like Djuki said.

Mates, just shotly from holiday.
I saw this dude as a friendly guy on Nam all time, but the proofs and witnesses caused a disappointment for me.
I cannot disagree with the ban proposals, so I ask the HA staff to ban him fog 21 days on Vietnam, when you meet him and he breaks any rules.
Please record action ib ban proof.
