Laurelin is a RP (Rolepalying) server (meh). For best activity, correct timezone and big pvp I would make on Snowbourn or Eldar.
If u can speak German though they have the most active servers.
Gilrain is also a great server for bit less crowded but active server.

I wouldn't create a character on these servers: Arkenstone, Brandywine, Crickhollow, Elendilmir, Firefoot, Gladden, Imladris, Landroval, Meneldor, Nimrodel, Riddermark, Silverlode, Vilya, Windfola (ex-US servers, diffrent time-zone u would have trouble getting groups and finding people that play at the same time as u. Might have more lag too), Belegaer, Maiar, Morthond, Vanyar (German servers), Estel, Sirannon (French severs)

Mimus and me playing on Gwaihir (German server) fairly regular. We do actually have a kinship there with lots of twinks :P (so basically just the two of us). Oh, we also have a kinship house :O

I'm quite busy, so unless it's a quick thing or really urgent I am unlikely to be able to answer PMs throughout the week, but I try to reach out to everyone who contacted me during the weekends. If it's urgent, you can also contact any of the supremes, they can do a lot of things or relay directly to me if necessary.
