if you upgrade from the notification button on the bottom right you'll get the full windows 10 home edition

ok thx Biggrin Only for one year right?

You'll get it for free during the first year, but you can keep it forever.

But after one year, if I want to keep it I need to spend something?

No. if you upgrade between the first year, it will be free and your forever, without spend anything.

Depends what version of Windows 7 / 8 / 8.1 you have. If it's Windows 7 Home Basic / Windows 7 Home Premium / Windows 8 / Windows 8.1 -> then it will be Windows 10 Home. If it's Windows 7 Professional / Windows 7 Ultimate / Windows 8 Pro / Windows 8.1 Pro -> then it will be Windows 10 Pro.

And like people mentioned before, the upgrade is available for Windows 7, 8 and 8.1 for free FOR ONE YEAR, but when you update within that one year, the license stays forever... UNLESS you change your motherboard of your rig. This is because the Windows 10 license is tied with the old OEM license, hence being tied with your hardware. More reading on this here. TL;DR version: If you get a new motherboard, your Windows 10 license will no longer be valid (it will think it's a new computer entirely), and you will need to buy a full license.
