Apart from the fact mentioned by nothy that you are indeed not a member and therefore are not the one to take part in deciding about this OA, lets talk about the "arguments" you bring - since its totally legit for anyone to post his own opinion (but let me make the remark that there should be a certain niveau to phrase your opinion and this niveau is kinda missing in your post).
Ofc Revauld has times when he was inactive. In fact, with Dupix and also with Jul it was discussed and decided that Revauld will be, because of his busy real-life, the supreme who stays a bit more in the background and deals with forum/ftp etc. while the co-supreme has the equally important task of showing presence ingame and dealing with members problems and suggestions etc.
However, comparing Revauld to anyone I can think of, like..you? there is one huge difference: Revauld is still there. No matter how the TJ server is doing and how much one can do or not to keep it up and thriving, revauld never gave up. And that alone is worth a huge applause.
In my opinion, there is nothing worse one can do than leaving a server or a clan behind because it "is not doing good" rather than trying to help. Ofc its okay if one isnt interested in those kind of things anymore, and doesnt want to put effort in it, but one cant just go because things are not all rosy-happy and then come back occasionally and whine about how things are bad.
Anyways, back on full topic: Even if TJ is more inactive now than it might have been at some point before, that does not mean its not a server to play on or that there is anyone you could blame fully. TJ has always been a rather small, but appreciated server in TWC with a smaller group of constant players. And it being less active atm can and certainly does have more than one reason, let alone trying to imply the reason for this is revauld not doing enough for the server.
To sum it up and end it, Revauld has done and still does a lot for the server. Just because a server is more empty sometimes and does not have a huge memberbase doesnt make this server any less good than other servers. Its not about how much acitivty you have there or how many members you have in that section, but about the fun you have when being on the server. And in order to have fun you need to have a server, and this is what revauld highly helps to offer.
