Vacancy procedure:

- Your current admin level must be level 8 to apply for level 9
- Your current admin level must be level 9 to apply for level 10
- Applicants will be watched in-game and on forum to find a suitable candidate.
- Application to a higher level can be submitted after one month since last promotion.
- Applicants will be interviewed by admin 10+ about his/her future promotion.
- The newly appointed Co-Leader will start immediately on lvl 9.

Task content:

- You monitor the behavior of the all members and players.
- You interview new candidates for higher level.
- You also fulfill all the duties of an admin of lower level (6-8).

Tasks requirements:

- Must be an active member on forum and in-game in past, present and future.
- You must have good English writing skills.
- Knowledge of rules in ND and exceptions. This includes ban procedure!
- You must be mature in age and behavior.
- You must be a team player and you are able to make concessions when the majority has a
different opinion.
- As high admin it is crucial you know how to be polite while maintaining the rules.

Why do you want to get this job:

I feel like as a CLDR I could be more useful, both in game and on the forum. Firstly CLDRs have more useful commands (shuffle, restart, unban, and most importantly banuser) which would allow me as a demo team member (and leader) to ban people who are proven guilty in ban proof, without requiring any help and useless timewaste of supremes, who wouldn't need to check the thread every day anymore. Besides that I'd also like to open up a spot for RCTR for someone else, since we have a lot of capable lower admins who could have a shot at the job, but feel like "3 recruiters are enough", also as a side note I've been CLDR in ND before so I already know the job quite well
IMPORTANT NOTE: I do not want to be promoted instead of Vegehan, I'd only accept the promotion if he gets promoted too, since he was recruiter way longer than me and deserves the job more than enough imo

Why do you want to get this job: I am in TWC for about 9 months now and i always was active every week and did many things for our lovely ND Server and Clan. I think I'm gonna be more useful in this position. I help Supremes and HA team as much as I can already. Wish to help others with my lil experience, therefore banuser command would fit my demoteam memership. Also we don't have active cldr yet, soon will have 4 capable rctrs. I'm trying to be as much active as I can in-game and forum. Promotion wouldn't prevent me from doing recruiter job tho. Why do you want to get this job:
I think I'm gonna be useful at this position. At the moment I'm trying to help as much as I can. I'm the member of TWC for 1,5 year without any break and you know me well, you know my behaviour, you know my mistakes and you know, that I regret the things. Why do you want to get this job: Leader spot has been empty for awhile now and I think its about time to change that situation, because I really think we should have a leader. Almost everyone on ND knows me and I get along with everyone just fine. I've been a leader before, so I know how this works.
