Solved persistent lag on TWC servers (from 6pm onwards everyday) (archived by Mimus)

Well i have found out that the lag stops at about midnight and is also not there before 5pm

weird...

Could be there's a bottleneck in your connection to the internet during times a lot of people use internet. If so there's not much you can do about it :P internet provider should upgrade its lines then.
But hey thats just something that popped in my mind. I'm probably wrong.

Yes I at first thought that too but its weird when I go to a different server I experience not as much lag as I do in a TWC server. This almost throws away that theory but it could be that the host is closer to me and I do get lag but not enough to make it too laggy?

The persistent lag is slowly decreasing anyways so its getting better slowly.
