There isnt any point of playing in our server only trolling and been idiot, because there is many players who wants to enjoy the game with others and have nice time, but then there comes few idiots who ruins everything by cheating example doing walljumps or heavy sk and insults people....

I think the biggest reason of this trolling and bad havior is that they know normal member dont have order to controlling those things.
For example: they can do everything they want because they know that normal member cant cmd mute,kick,ban or any other useful cmd.

In my opinion member should have just a little bit more authority like mute and kick, because even that helps a lot to control the trollers in server =) <3

first of all, I can cheaters peopke who use wallhack or aimbots to have an advantage against normal players. There is no excuse but to ban them permanently.

people who walljump, do heavy spawnkilling and insulting, are people who break the server rules and should be punished less severe than cheaters. there is an exception ofc with regular visitors here. but everyone will be dealing with them differently.

I hear some many people asking for more commands and Mimus gave her thought about that request many times before.

TWC had many abusers in the past with these commands. Once you're trusted enough, you'll be promoted and will be avi to use the commands when needed.
Mimus said that in most cases the rule breaker will stop when you talk to him politely and ask him/her to stop breaking this or that rule.

there have been just few times when player was breaking the rules but he did not care at all even when i warn him few times

Best thing to do in that case, try to contact an HA in xfire or forum.

If nobody is online then you could take screenshot or a demo of the rulebreaker.
and afterwards you contact an HA and he will deal with him properly.

Although would be a good idea but if everyone gets y'know what is going on? then always kicked and then also causes stress particularly since it only then on the page would no longer be quiet So not everyone should get right ... only selected I would say !!!! Sorry this is my opinion !!!
