So this thread will be about discussing anime and manga.

You can give recommendations, or ask for recommendations. Or simply discuss some anime/manga, your favorites, etc.

Who's watching new anime this spring season? Which ones would be your favorites?

I just finished Naruto anime and loved it a lot. Those who havent, must try it. Apart from that go for One Piece too, its also good.

I have to say I rarely watch anime or read mangas, I had a time when I was younger when i was more into that stuff.

However, Im always looking for some good reverse harem animes (and no, even though it sounds kinky its not that much :P). The best anime I have seen so far concerning this genre is:

Kamigami No Asobi


Its not only super well written and a cute story, its also the way it is painted that makes the anime my favourite.

Just have a look at like the first episode, to get a better impression. Its worth it

I always prefered reading manga than watching anime, I like to watch it, buh, I love to watch it but some manga's are just to epic, and anime usually gets thing wrong. :/
Look at Berserk for example, manga Berserk might be the most epic thing ever, but anime is just shitty. :<

Anyway, I love watch anime's and my top 5 is:
1. Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood
2. Code Geass
3. Everything from Kyoto Animation: Clannad, Kanon, Haruhi Suzumiya, Tamako Market, Amagi Brilliant Park, K-On!, Hyoka and others. :]
4. Angel Beats
5. Sword Art Online, Attack on Titan and Fairy Tail

Manga top 5 list:
1. Fullmetal Alchemist
2. Berserk
3. Love so Life
4. Silver Spoon
5. Fairy Tail and Soul Eater

My favorite characters are Lelouch vi Britannia from Code Geass and Oreki Houtarou from Hyoka, if you ask about girl - Haruhi Suzumiya.

I've watched Clannd/After Story, AnoHana, Angel Beats, Toradora! (thanks to imma's sig some years ago :b)

It's Beck, it's a manga worth reading, good artwork, good story, good theme.

What is it about:

For the first 14 years of his life, Yukio Tanaka has been one heck of a boring guy. He has no hobbies, weak taste in music, and only a small vestige of a personality. He yearns for an exciting life, but his shy, and somewhat neurotic personality make him his own worst enemy.
