Look, Fister boy, several members and admins stated with proof that you damn broke rules from time to time and did not learn from previous cases.

FYI !! I was there when Old jr had banned u like 2 years ago
We had given u a second chance and then again a 3rd chance....maybe 4th also i believe....

You still couldn't stop from doing Heavy sk.....
And when the admins pointed out ur mistake.....

Indeed, topic gets closed.

Just because you got punished once for what you did, that doesnt mean we do not remember the things you did. And even though we do not punish you for your past again, we do in fact sum up the things you have done and we know about you.

What comes clear for us is just that, no matter how many chances you get and how often you are reminded that there are certain rules on our server, you just go on breaking rules and overall behaving in a bad manner.

In order to keep the atmosphere in our servers as good as possible, we sometimes need to remove people like you to regain some peace and fun on ND.
After all, we reserve the right to remove players from our servers we think cause trouble/harm the server in one way or another.

If you seek further discussion about this, you can either pm me on forum or via xfire (mimus000).
