hey guys, im oliver
problems really pursuit me...
im playing right now (1h48 AM in Portugal) only with bots and a member named irej... he is doing sk arty, i asked him why he dont stop he say anything... i asked him if he dont think its sk arty and he just ignores...
i told him i will write in forum and he only said "affirmitive, jawohll, yes" and stuff like that like he doesnt really cares...
if someone is online check him in no download
i have a print asking him to stop and with the zone he put artillery

please do something for a better server, if problems start with members, you can see what will happen with no level players... thank you

Irej? maybe Kirej? ~~ and to be honest, if u don't know where is the sk area - better don't make posts like this coz it's funny, got any demo? screenshot whatever? post it and then we see.

or anyway do u even think that i would need arty sk to kill bots? i don't think so but keep going raging at 3:00 ;o im still durnk guyssssssssssss

2. Does it really matter? I was playing for like an hour with a guy last night who was using arty on bots, I didn't feel the need to tell him to stop.

Did it really bother you that much that he was killing some A.I?

Oliver, the TWC No Download server should be a nice server for everyone. Rules apply. I hope you will keep playing in our servers. Next time, if there is to be one. Post your complaint in the complaints forum. And also study the sk area's, they can be found here. If you still feel rules are being ignored, gather proof. Like a demo or a screenshot where it is clearly visible that rules are broken.

Kirej, you are a good player. You don't need heavy sk to kill bots. I don't know the situation here, but as a member you could at least take the time to explain our rules and sk area's to our guest. Instead of mocking them.

Interesting discussion we could start here. Where would you say the point lies at which the rules don't apply anymore? about 3 players or less?
Sometimes I think it's not wrong to break certain rules, but be sure the other players are okay with it. No matter the status, xp or skill

Well last night I was playing with a guy using arty on bots, I didn't see it as any harm so I let him carry on

Rules do always aplply as long as there is someone who cares about them.
If you are e.g. in a server and everyone is talking, whatever, dutch and not english - its okay as long as everyone in the server at that moment is okay with it (only dutch ppl online, or whoever cant understand is doesnt feel the need for it etc.). However, if someone, and if its only one person, dislikes the fact that the rules are "broken", one should listen and start following them again.
The rules are made to give a good atmosphere ingame. If the atmosphere is still good for everyone even when certain rules are not followed, its alright.

Regarding this case: it was okay that kirej (if he did it at all) did sk while being online in a server where there were only bots/people who did not mind. But when oliver came and asked for the sk to stop, kirej should have done so immediatly, because rules have to be followed (not at all time, but always if there is someone who cares about them).

We now have to find out if there was sk at all. As i understood it, oliver does have a screenshot showing him asking kirej to stop + the marked area where the sk happened ( i think one can see it when pressing G or sth?).
It would be nice if oliver posted that screenshot so we can see if there is something we can work with, or if kirej instantly admits he did indeed sk (if he did so).

Whatever happens, i do not see this as an extraordinarily bad rulebreak. Imagining kirej did sk, it looks for me as if that only happened because the server was more or less empty and he did not see a reason to follow rules strictly at that time of the day, even with a player ingame (+ he seemed to be drunk?). Considering this, the "only" punishment from my side would be a warn and a friendly reminder to everyone who reads this that rules always apply if someone sees the need for it.

Mimus! ofc i was quite drunk - having better aim then ^^ but honestly i don't need to sk even if i am alone with bots.I was camping his spawn with smg but smg is allowed so ~ as i said before, he should post here a record or any screenshot.But whatever i am clean and i have no worries.

Its funny to see people who wasnt in there saying for me to study sk áreas...
I know what Is sk, i know the areas, but i can print the place again ( i turned off pc and dont copied print yesterday) and you guys will be serious and Say if its sk or not.
And kirej, being member Is not always play and dont give a shi* about others, if was no sk arty why you dont answer me? I asked more than 3 times... On time a asked you "kirej, Now serious, thats sk isnst ir?" And you said nothing... NeXT time talk, even you are doing things right, explain, thats why members exists

The thing IS... I might not be a fantástic exemple of a good player in terms of being cool and some other things... But believe me, when i was banned i was defending some guests of a worst player than me.. Was the only way i found to stop him... I used his name he went to spectators crying and telling me to stop.. And while he did that we could play... Then i abused a little and Im sorry especialy to blood who asked me politely to stop...
But just because i was bannned doesnt mean im doing things wrong again... Im sorry for all, i dont want you to F uck kirej head just because of it, i only wanted to read something like vegehan told him...
By the way, i asked ex members about that área and yes, was sk arty but im good with that, just posted this for kirej now we are not bots and he must talk to guests if we need something
