ok this guy... nading teamates, pushing, mortarblocking, spamming arty at own spawn, doesent play just jumps over own teamates. whit lee musle breakker.

I warned him i splatted him couple times i kicked him. and when he camed back he just continues..

many quest was complaining and members too. so i recorded time when he came back from 2 min kick. and banned him for 7 days.

hope i made right choose to ban him.

Yeah he's obviously a pure troll. I warned him many times in pm, also !splatted and even !kicked him 2 times. That ban is well deserved, though I doubt that he learns anything out of it. If he continues just ban him perma, I don't see any sense in trying to reason with such guys.
