I didn't go to the first meeting and I am ashamed :P
I'll try to go to this one, except i'm most likely starting a company this summer so don't know if i can be there the full event.

Okay, update:

We got a bit closer to what will be the final time the meeting takes places: END of july, like the 2 last weeks of july (20-26 and 27-31).

How long?: like last time, 3-4 days.

Where?: Thats up to you guys. We got down to like 4 options (ofc only unless somthing happens and we need to delete one):
1. We go North. Some camping spot at the westcoast of NL, not as north as Amsterdam, but definitely more north than Hellevoetsluis Example: http://www.duinhorst.nl/en/
2. We stay at Hellevoetsluis, the same camping spot as last year because it was a good one. South of NL, coast by car (short time), Example:http://www.weergors.nl/en/
3. We stay at a camping spot close to Rambo's farm, even more south than Hellevoetsluis. Not at the coast, but at one of these other water ways (I guess one can swim there, too); Example: http://www.campingveerhoek.nl/index.php (yes ik its dutch :P)
4. If Rambo allows it, we can stay at his farm and set up our tents there (just in some random corner, so we dont disturb the horses :P) No coast, but animals

Money?: I guess we can plan with about 10€ a night/a person, similar to last year. We will share money for community things like food, car spots etc.

Things we need?:
a) Lig and I can bring 2 group tents, for 7 ppl each (if we cuddle a bit :P). In case we are more than 14 people, we need more tents. Would be great if someone could offer a group tent, but if all fails we can also try to work with several smaller tents.
b) To have BBQ, we need a grill (though we could buy things like coal etc. at the supermarket)
c) It would be really helpful if we had someone with a cooking plate (electrical or with gas tank...whatever) so we can cook us some food & dont have to live from cold things/bbq only
d) ...

Actvity:
We will surely have BBQ, and go to a beach once.
Also we could plan a little trip to a city, I bet the non-NL people would love to experience some dutch stuff (I for example would LOVE to eat kibbeling again), and the dutch people can laugh at us while we run around with eyes wide open .
If we are close to Rambo, mb he can even give us a little tour around the farm (horsieeees <3)

Travel:
Im glad so many people already offered to pick someone up, so i dont worry about NL people getting there. However, since Lig and I dont have that much space in our rather small car (with all the tents an stuff) it might be hard to pick up people. Thats why it would be rly cool if we would also have some non-NL (or belgium :P) people who can offer a seat e.g. for Mette + friend. If you happen to see someone ingame or however, ask them about the meeting :P

Sounds great, dunno if I have the time at that moment. But would really like to. Got a horsefarm so the animals need to eat one way or another.. So days without food is not a good idea. Im from far north btw, north of the netherlands not of europe like finland. But still it's not around the corner you know

Oh okay o.O But its quite far from Dreischor/your farm if im correct. That other camping spot, Verhooek, is closer to it, isnt it?

+ i cant see the prices at your website >.> i doubt its my fault, however im not completely sure. And if i dont know how much we needa pay, i can hardly take it :P
