Some days ago I banned someone who had ixcii's name for obvious aimbot (very very obvious, didn't need a demo)
The real ixcii was in spec at the time
So did I ban chuck or this guid-stealer?

Guid stealer had Chuck's guid, so you banned Chuck (and temporarily the guid stealer, until he got a new guid).

In case of overobvious cheaters you are allowed to ban before posting the demo but please do record it (even if it's just a little, obvious aimbot is obvious) and post it after banning for reference.
