Guys yesterday there was a cheater on your server named Chuck
I made a screenshot of his name

Btw I'm not Swein but someone else in Allies better not say who knowing that U guys just kick and ban without reason :S especially Chuck who cheats and got so bad behavior he may ban me just for fun...

There was a hacker on the server yesterday who stole Chuck's guid and mac. I haven't looked at the logs but from your screenshot I conclude that at first he used Chuck's name. He then started using a pretty obvious aimbot. He then renamed to Ixcii and got 'her' (not the hacker, not Ixcii, but Chuck because of his guid) banned eventually.
Neither Chuck or Ixcii is found guilty of hacking in this case (the other case with Ixcii is apart).
Also a piece of advise for the next time. We can't ban someone because a guest posted a screenshot of him/her saying it is a hacker. Please record a demo next time so the demoteam can take a look at it.

Some days ago I banned someone who had ixcii's name for obvious aimbot (very very obvious, didn't need a demo)
The real ixcii was in spec at the time
So did I ban chuck or this guid-stealer?

You always need a demo for banning someone. even if it is very obvious. just make a short demo next time

Maybe I was lazy, or maybe the bot was just obvious with other members and guests already complaining
