Hey guys! i connected on ND 5 minutes ago and i cant use commands....
Server said "IP mismatch" so how can i fix it Shy

Sometimes happens to me too, just reconnect or reboot (your router will redirect your IP) and it will be fixed most of the time.

If re-log into forums doesn't help, manage tap on upper right corner --- identity , upload ur etkey

btw just saying , u might not be having lvl 7 enchmod cmds , some1 needs to set u 7 again.Same thing happened to me , maybe cuz level was given through console/rcon tool ?
